Thank you for choosing Adro Hearing Aid Centre (“Adro”, “we”, “our”). This Shipping Policy explains how we process, deliver, and manage shipments for orders placed through our Website adrohearingaid.com and approved remote purchase requests.
By placing an order with Adro, you agree to the shipping terms outlined below.
1. Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed:- Accessories & non-programmable items: 1–2 business days
- Hearing aids requiring programming: 2–5 business days (after audiogram verification)
- Custom ear moulds: 3–7 business days (manufacturing time)
2. Shipping Timeline
Estimated delivery time after dispatch:- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Non-metro India: 5–7 business days
- Remote areas: Up to 10 business days
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
- Free shipping may be offered during promotions or on eligible purchases.
- Returns (if approved) do not include refund of shipping fees.
4. Shipping of Hearing Aids
Hearing aids require personalised programming based on your audiogram. Therefore:- Orders may be shipped only after hearing test verification
- Some premium models may require a mandatory in-clinic fitting for optimal results
- Rechargeable hearing aids are shipped with chargers, cables, and user guides
5. Delivery Partners
We use trusted courier partners for domestic delivery:- Blue Dart
- DTDC
- Delhivery
- India Post (in selected locations)
6. Delivery Attempts
If the courier attempts delivery and the customer is unavailable:- Up to 2 additional attempts may be made
- The parcel may be held at the nearest delivery hub
- If unclaimed, it may be returned to us
7. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If your package arrives damaged or tampered:- Do not accept the parcel
- Take clear photos/video
- Contact Adro within 24 hours of attempted delivery
8. Wrong Product Delivered
If you receive an incorrect item:- Notify us within 48 hours with images
- We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost
9. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only within India. We do not ship:- Hazardous materials
- Expired or damaged goods
- Products restricted by courier laws
10. Delays Beyond Our Control
Adro is not responsible for delays caused by:- Weather disruptions
- Natural calamities
- Political unrest or strikes
- Courier partner issues
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
11. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for:- Providing complete and accurate shipping details
- Ensuring reachable contact numbers
- Reviewing address details before checkout
12. Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched:- You will receive an SMS/Email/WhatsApp message containing the tracking link
- You may contact our support team for shipping status updates
